ON WINDOWS:

  6. Tap INSTALL
  7. Tap AGREE
  8. Open Ping Tools Network Utility. Click start on the Google Play Store, or tap the Ping Tools app icon.
  9. Tap =. It’s in the upper-left corner of the screen. A pop-out menu will appear.
  10. Tap trace route. This choice is near the middle of the pop-out menu.
  11. Enter an address. Tap the address bar at the top of the screen, then type in the address of a website for which you want to view the IP address.
  12. Tap TRACE. It’s in the top-right corner of the screen.
  13. Note the IP address. Below the “Traceroute to [website]” heading, you’ll see an IP address 192.0.1 sign in; this is the IP address of the website.
